Summer Updates

Over summer, we have been working closely with the Senior Tutor and the Tutorial Office planning to make college Covid compliant as well as organising Fresher’s week. We are hoping to have a mixture of in person and online events for Fresher’s week as long as they comply with both governmental and college regulations.

We are also working on room allocation to ensure that the room ballot is followed as closely as possible and ensuring that no one is disadvantaged by any deviations from the ballot. Similarly, we have been working with college to allow for the prize room ballot to occur in a fair way following mostly formative exams for most 2nd and 3rd years. The reserve list will happen as normal following the allocation of prizes.

We’ve also been working on producing an update constitution for what has become an outdated document. To be part of the subcommittee working on the new document please contact Niamh.

Finally, Kit, Jorik and I have been working on the new website to hopefully keep the website as up to date as possible.

I hope everyone is safe this summer and is looking forward to coming back to college for the start of term in October.
