Treasurer: Jack Lawrence

Hi, I'm Jack (he/him), I'm a proud college father and hispol, and your new Treasurer. When not arguing about politics with my college husband, or putting on a textbook display of mediocre defending on the football pitch, I will be forensically scouring the JCR accounts. I'm excited to give our societies the money they need to grow, and hopefully provide a bar tab for slacks!

Secretary (& Ents): Cressida Tremlett-Williams

Hello, I am Cressida (she/her), your new secretary. This year I have been one of the ents officers for the JCR and I shall be the unofficial ents officer for Michaelmas too where we have many fun slacks and other ents planned! I am currently a first year philosopher with a particular interest in metaphysics, ethics and philosophy of science. You can find me around college in the peli, playing tennis at the university courts, lying on old court (in the summer) or on occasion in the library. I’m really excited to be your guys’ secretary so look out for my first Corporeal this Michaelmas!

Access: Chloe Chapman-Deas

Hello! I’m Chloe (she/her) and I'm going to be your new access officer! As an English undergrad you will definitely be able to find me avoiding my reading in the peli or in cute little cafes dotted around town, or even disastrously late in the library. In this role I will work vigilantly towards emphasising and amending our welcoming environment - aiming to destigmatise Cambridge life for existing and prospective students and replace it with a positive perception of corpus instead! Sports and Societies: Harry McLusky

Hi, I’m Harry (he/him) and I’m your new Sports and Socs Officer! In the plenty of free time that my MML degree provides me, you most likely find me on the football field, on the tennis and squash courts or in the Peli losing at pool. Welfare: Denis Navickas

Hi, I’m Denis (he/him), a first year HSPS victim coming from Ireland and one of your new welfare officers! I’ll be working hard with the other officers to help with welfare issues in college and throw top-notch parteas. I’ll be particularly focused on promoting mental health and finding ways to ensure reliable access to support. As a fresher, I’ve gone through my fair share of bumps in the road and know what it feels like to not belong sometimes. I’m always happy to try help with any issues/questions or have a chat about anything over some snacks, so don’t hesitate to send me a text, ambush me in the Taylor (on the rare occasion that I’m actually there), or slip a perfumed letter under my door.

LGBTQ+: Ayesha Miah

hi guys, i’m ayesha (she/her) and i’ll be your new LGBTQ+ officer!! when i’m not doing my other side quests (film soc, HA soc, my degree…) you can find me in the peli where i’m probably talking a bit too loudly. i want to work on creating a welcoming space for the queer community at Corpus - whether that be through socials, restocking pronoun pins, or by being an advocate for all. hope i can do this role justice.. feel free to contact me with any concerns/suggestions, i am happy to hear them! :)

Ethnic Diversity: Kemi Akeredolu

Hiya, I'm Kemi! I'm a first-year lawyer from Liverpool, despite my weak scouse accent (💔). I'm passionate about making Corpus enjoyable for everyone, especially those from ethnic minority backgrounds! I'm planning on hosting cross-college events for BAME students and also sharing career opportunities tailored to ethnic minority students. Besides that, I enjoy listening to afrobeats, singing in fitz gospel choir, watching anime and collecting hello kitty themed items! Entertainments: Dunya Hamchaoui and Cressida Tremlett-Williams

Hi guys we are Dunya and Cressida and we are your new ents officers! Cressida: I am a first year philosopher and I enjoy tennis, lacrosse (occasionally), drama, debating and cocktails. Dunya: I am a first year classicist and in my free time I enjoy playing bass, going to the gym, drama, lacrosse (occasionally too) and van of death.

International Students: Chika Nwokobia & Ella Li

Hi! We’re Chika (she/her) and Ella (she/her) and your new International Student Officers.

Chika: I’m a first year Architect from Lagos, Nigeria, and I’ve lived in the UK for a few years.

Ella: I am a Natural Sciences (biological) student at Corpus :). I am from Shanghai, China. A fun fact about me: my Chinese name means “Writing Literature” but I turned out to be a STEM girl 😁. My favorite fields of biology are plant sciences, molecular biology and evolution. Besides my interest in science, I really enjoy culture, arts and literature.
