Face to Face Teaching and CSU Pledge

The CSU recently released a pledge to transition to online teaching for all non-essential teachings (details here). The JCR completed a survey to see whether this represented the student body. The results where as follows

Responses: 83
In favour of moving non-essential teaching online: 9 (10.8%)
Against moving non-essential teaching online: 71 (85.5%)

With 3 Reponses indicating they didn’t care.

This information was included in a paper that will go to SU council tonight (which can be found here - make sure you log in to view the papers). We will of course not be attending the council as per the mandate by referendum last November but felt it was important to contribute this information
